1 ORANGE, DICED
1/2 ONION, CHOPPED
1 PINT GRAPE TOMATOES, CHOPPED
1/2 C KALAMATA OLIVES
1 TSP SMOKY PAPRIKA

SALT AND PEPPER CHICKEN.

BROWN CHICKEN ON MEDIUM-HIGH IN OVEN-PROOF PAN.

MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ADD AROUND CHICKEN.

FINISH CHICKEN IN 350° OVEN UNTIL DONE (165° INTERNAL TEMPERATURE, 15-20 MINUTES).

NICE WITH MIXED WILTED GREENS (SPINASH, TATSOI, BABY BOK CHOI, BROCOLLINI)
