8 SLICES STALE SOURDOUGH, DICED
2 TSP HERBES DE PROVENCE
1 T OIL
1 SMALL LEEK, CHOPPED
1/2 POUND MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CHOPPED
3 EGGS, WHISKED
1 CUP GRATED CHEESE

WARM MILK AND BUTTER UNTIL BUTTER MELTS.

SOAK BREAD IN MILK UNTIL SOFTENS.

SAUTÉ LEEK, MUSHROOMS, GARLIC UNTIL SOFT.

COMBINE MILKY BREAD, EGGS, CHEESE, SPICES, VEGETABLES.

BUTTER SQUARE PYREX BAKING DISH AND POUR IN MIX.

BAKE AT 350° UNTIL FIRM (45-60 MINUTES).

PUT UNDER BROILED FOR A FEW MINUTES TO BROWN.
