2 CHICKEN THIGHS, SKINNED

VEGETABLES: CABBAGE, CHARD STEMS, BEAN SPROUTS, SHITAKES,...
SAIFUN RICE NOODLES

CILANTRO LEAVES

POACH CHICKEN THIGHS STOCK WITH SPICES.

REMOVE CHICKEN, SHRED, AND RETURN..

ADD NOODLES AND VEGETABLES AND SIMMER UNTIL NOODLES COOKED.

ADJUST SEASONINGS.

SPRINKLED CILANTRO ON TOP.

THE BROTH LEFT OVER FROM MAKING CARNITAS IS GREAT FOR THIS. REALLY GREAT.
