1 CAN CHICKPEAS, DRAINED AND RINSED
1/2 ONION
2 CLOVES GARLIC
1/4 C TAHINI
2 T++ LEMON JUICE
1/2 TSP SALT
WATER AS NEEDED

OLIVE OIL
PAPRIKA

TRY TO REMOVE THE PAPERY HUCKS OF THE CHICKPEAS.

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL AND PAPRIKA IN SMALL BATCHES TO HIGH-SPEED BLENDER AND BLENDERIZE UNTIL SMOOTH. USE ADDITIONAL WATER IF NECESSARY.

ADJUST SALT AND LEMON JUICE TO TASTE.

SERVE TOPPED WITH OLIVE OIL AND PAPRIKA. EAT WITH WARM GRILLED PITA.
