1 T CARDAMOM SEEDS (NOT PODS, SEEDS)
2 INCH STICK OF CINNAMON
1 TSP WHOLE CLOVES
1/4 A NUTMEG, GROUND

GRIND TOGETHER ALL INCREDIENTS TO POWDER IN HIGH-SPEED BLENDER OR COFFEE GRINDER.

VARIATIONS:

ADD RED CHILI PODS, SESAME SEEDS, MUSTARD SEEDS BROWN CUMIN SEEDS. FENNEL SEEDS, CAROM (AJWAIN) SEEDS, BAY LEAVES, THYME, NUTMEG. VARY PROPORTIONS. GO WILD.
