1/4 POUND SALT PORK, DICED
2 C ONIONS, CHOPPED (2 ONIONS)
1 C CELERY, CHOPPED (2 STALKS)
1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED

3 POTATOES, CUT IN 1/2 INCH DICE
2 CANS WHOLE CORN
2 C STOCK
2 C MILK
1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
SALT
BLACK PEPPER
CHOPPED PARSLEY TO GARNISH

RENDER SALT PORK. ADD ONIONS, CELERY, AND GARLIC AND COOK UNTIL ONIONS TRANSLUCENT.

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND SIMMER UNTIL SPUDS ARE DONE. ADJUST SEASONINGS.

BLENDERIZE SOME (STICK BLENDER) TO THICKEN MORE IF YOU LIKE.

NOTE:

IF YOU LIKE, YOU CAN ADD A CAN OF CRUSHED TOMATOES WITH A 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA AS WELL.
