1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED |
3 OZ CRYSTALLIZED GINGER, CHOPPED |
1/4 TSP CAYENNE |
1/4 TSP ALLSPICE |
1/2 TSP CINNAMON |
1 1/2 TSP SALT |
1 1/2 TSP PEPPERCORNS |
3 T MUSTARD SEEDS |
1 T GRATED GINGER |
1 T WORCESTER SAUCE |
2 C CIDER VINEGAR |
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE POT. BRING TO BOIL AND SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS.
PUT INTO STERILE CANNING JARS AND PROCESS FOR 5 MINUTES.
STORE IN A COOL, DARK PLACE. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING.
