1 POUND DARK BROWN SUGAR
5 HARD PEARS, SEEDED AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED
3 APPLES, CORED AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED
3 PEACHES, PITTED AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED
2 LEMONS, FINELY CHOPPED
1 ORANGE, FINELY CHOPPED
1 C WATER CHESTNUTS, HALVED
2 RIPE TOMATOES, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
2 1/2 C RAISINS
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
3 OZ CRYSTALLIZED GINGER, CHOPPED
1/4 TSP CAYENNE
1/4 TSP ALLSPICE
1/2 TSP CINNAMON
1 1/2 TSP SALT
1 1/2 TSP PEPPERCORNS
3 T MUSTARD SEEDS
1 T GRATED GINGER
1 T WORCESTER SAUCE
2 C CIDER VINEGAR

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE POT. BRING TO BOIL AND SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS.

PUT INTO STERILE CANNING JARS AND PROCESS FOR 5 MINUTES.

STORE IN A COOL, DARK PLACE. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING.
