1 JALAPEÑO, CUT INTO THICK RINGS
1 T MEXICAN OREGANO
2 TSP GROUND CUMIN
1 1/2 C MILK

PUT PORK, ONION, ORANGE, AND SPICES IN HEAVY POT.

COVER PORK WITH WATER AND SIMMER FOR AN HOUR OR SO UNTIL FORK TENDER.

SCOOP PORK FROM POT AND PUT IN ROASTNG PAN; KEEP BROTH FOR TORTILLA SOUP.

ADD MILK TO PORK AND ROAST AT 400°, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL MILK IS GONE AND PORK HAS NICE CRISPY BITS, ~20 MINUTES. ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED.

USE FOR TACOS, CHILEQUILAS, ETC.
