1 CAN CANNELLINI BEANS, RINSED
1 TSP RED WINE VINEGAR
PINCH OF SALT

WHISK UP OIL, GARLIC, AND SAGE.

STIR IN BEANS AND LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES.

ADD RED WINE VINEGAR AND LITTLE SALT; ADJUST SEASONING AS NECESSARY.

SERVE ROOM TEMPERATURE.
