1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED WITH 1/4 TSP SALT
1/2 PINT BLACKBERRIES, MASHED THROUGH SIEVE
2 T CHOPPED CORIANDER
PINCH HOT PAPRIKA
2 T LEMON JUICE

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. LEAVE, COVERED, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO BLEND FLAVOURS, OR OVERNIGHT IN FRIDGE.

GREAT WITH CHICKEN.
